Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. The product must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by a valid invoice. Perishable goods and items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. In the case of damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photos. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider. Refunds are not applicable to items returned without prior approval.

Return Shipping

In cases where the return is due to an error on our part, Ambica Rice will bear the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Exchanges

We offer replacements only for products that are received in damaged or defective condition. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us promptly upon delivery.

Exchanges and replacements are normally delivered within 7-10 working days.
