Ambica Rice currently offers shipping across India. We aim to reach customers in both metro and remote areas through our trusted delivery partners.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we usually dispatch the products within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders are processed during working hours from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to logistics issues, public holidays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above a specified value, which will be mentioned at checkout. For orders below this value, a nominal shipping charge is applied based on weight and location.

After your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

Packaging

All products are securely packed using food-grade, tamper-proof packaging to maintain freshness and hygiene throughout transit. If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please contact us immediately with supporting photographs.

Ambica Rice is not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, unforeseen disruptions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. We will, however, do our best to communicate any delays and assist you in resolving delivery-related issues.
